Teresa Elementary School through the Maintenance and Other Operation Expenses (MOOE) intends to undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Construction of PWD Ramp and Installation of Safety Railings at SEF Building with the Revised Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9164.
