Construction of PWD Comfort Room

1. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the 2025
GENERAL FUND - SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET (Ordinance 2025-052), intends to
apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED TWENTY THREE PESOS AND 79/100 (Php399,423.79)being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Construction of PWD Comfort Room. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar now invites bids for the
Construction of PWD Comfort Room. Completion of the Works is required for Thirty
Five (35) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
