Description : The LGU-PILAR through the Trust Fund (Cebu Provincial Government) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(PHP 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the Contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET AT BARANGAY LANAO, PILAR, CEBU.

Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 5 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed projects for bidding. Bidding documents (Technical & Financial Components) should be in standard forms, number of copies and should be placed in standard number of envelopes and properly labelled. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and the Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
