INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC COMFORT ROOMS FOR MEN AND WOMEN WITH RAINWATER HARVESTER AND HANDWASHING FACILITY AT STA. EULALIA

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-SIX PESOS ONLY (P 999,796.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC COMFORT ROOMS FOR MEN AND WOMEN WITH RAINWATER HARVESTER AND HANDWASHING FACILITY AT STA. EULALIA, 2025-071-INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 67 Calendar days.
