1. The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, through the Presidential Security Command (PSC) Capital Outlay FY2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Three Million Three Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-nine and 37/100 Pesos Only (PHP163,324,669.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PSC SPORTS COMPLEX (DESIGN AND BUILD) with the following projects as detailed below:
