Description : 1. The Commission on Audit, Regional Office No.13, through the General Fund for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Three Hundred Ninety One Thousand Two Hundred Forty-one Pesos (Php 26,391,241.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of PSAO-Siargao Island Building, Phase-1, Don Paulino, Dapa, Surigao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Commission on Audit, Regional Office No.13 now invites bids for the Construction of PSAO-Siargao Island Building, Phase-1, Don Paulino, Dapa, Surigao del Norte.. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Sixteen (316) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
