1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the 20% EDF 2024 intends to apply the sum of P 4,994,068.24 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Provincial Species Marine Fish Hatchery Guesthouse. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for the Construction of Provincial Species Marine Fish Hatchery Guesthouse. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 183 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
