Description : The Capiz Provincial Government, intends to apply the sum of Twenty - Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety - Eight Thousand Three Hundred Ninety - Two Pesos & 27/100 (₱ 29,998,392.27), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the Design-and-Build (DB) contract for Construction of Provincial Capitol (Design and Build Project, Site Development - Phase I, Roxas City) under ITB No. 2025-001DB (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
It shall be conducted through Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for CY 2025 to ensure the timely implementation of infrastructure projects consistent with the GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated on July 17, 2019 where the procuring entity (PE) is encouraged to start procurement activity short of award.
