  CONSTRUCTION OF PROPERTY ROOM & EMPLOYEES- QUARTER
  @ LOBOC TOURISM COMPLEX

  1) The Municipality of Loboc, through the Municipal Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PROPERTY ROOM & EMPLOYEES- QUARTER @ LOBOC TOURISM COMPLEX/PB018-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Municipality of Loboc now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PROPERTY ROOM & EMPLOYEES- QUARTER @ LOBOC TOURISM COMPLEX at Villaflor, Loboc, Bohol. Completion of the Works is required Sixty-Nine (69) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
