Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF POWERHOUSE BUILDING AT IPIL AIRPORT
1) The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES- AREA CENTER IX, through the CAAP APP FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (PHP 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF POWERHOUSE BUILDING AT IPIL AIRPORT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES- AREA CENTER IX now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF POWERHOUSE BUILDING AT IPIL AIRPORT. Completion of the Works is required ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 5 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
