1. The Local Government of Bolinao through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos (Php 709,776.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Power House with Electrical Accessories at Bolinao Sanitary Landfill and Project Identification Number INFRA-2025-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Bolinao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
