  1) The Barangay Government of Barangay I, City of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 & 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Potable Water Supply System at Zone 7, Barangay I, City of San Fernando, La Union. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Barangay Government of Barangay I, City of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for Construction of Potable Water Supply System at Zone 7, Completion of the Works is required 9 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
