1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY @ Sitio Gatong, Palma Gil, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY @ Sitio Gatong, Palma Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO, 20% DF CY 2025. Completion of the Works is required by 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
