INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF POST HARVEST FACILITY/WAREHOUSE PHASE III, MAO NURSERY, AGDANGAN, BAAO, CAMARINES SUR
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIEV HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR PESOS AND SEVETY-NINE CENTAVOS (P 6,779,564.79), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF POST HARVEST FACILITY/WAREHOUSE PHASE III, MAO NURSERY, AGDANGAN, BAAO, CAMARINES SUR, 2025-034-INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 218 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
