1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the 20% AIP AB FY 2025 INTENDS TO APPLY THE SUM OF FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS AND 88/100 CENTAVOS (P 5,999,983.88 ), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF POST HARVEST FACILITY (WAREHOUSE) PHASE 2 and PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER- BAC-INFRA-2025- 005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this contract in accordance with the provision under Section 27, IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12009, CONSTRUCTION OF POST HARVEST FACILITY (WAREHOUSE) PHASE 2. CONTRACT DURATION OF ONE HUNDRED TWELVE (112) CALENDAR DAYS.
