  1) The Philippine National Railways, through the DOTr GAA 2017 amended 20191
  intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Two Thousand
  Seven Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and 97/100 Centavos (Php 19,642,744.97) being
  the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
  Construction of PNR South Long Haul Right-Of-Way (R.O.W.) Temporary Fencing
  At San Pablo City, Laguna (Lot 2) - Main Line. Bids received in excess of the ABC
  shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Construction of PNR South
  Long Haul Right-Of-Way (R.O.W.) Temporary Fencing At San Pablo City, Laguna
  (Lot 2) - Main Line2 Completion of the Works is required within 190 Calendar Days.
  Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and
  receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
  contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders
  (ITB).
