  Description : The Province of Antique through the 20% NTA-CY 2024 (Social Development Sector)
  to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred
  Forty Eight Pesos and Eighty Four Centavos 1, 281, 348.84) being the Approved
  Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of
  Planning and Project Development Research Learning Hub (San Jose, Antique). Bids
  received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Province of Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
  Completion of the Works is required Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should
  have completed a contract similar to the Project, within five (5) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
  Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
