1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LOURDES, TIWI,
ALBAY, THROUGH 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS , intends to apply the sum of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS (PHP 47,590.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PIPELINES AND OTHER SIGNIFICANTS PARTS OF BARANGAY LOURDES , TIWI, ALBAY.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LOURDES , TIWI,
ALBAY, now invites bidders for the CONSTRUCTION OF PIPELINES AND OTHER SIGNIFICANTS PARTS OF BARANGAY LOURDES , TIWI, ALBAY,
