  The City Government of Digos, through the CMO (Continuing) intends to apply the sum of P2,199,999.44 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE (Phase2) @ COLORADO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, DAVAO-COTABATO ROAD, BRGY. COLORADO, DIGOS CITY . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  1. The City Government of Digos, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days.
