  Construction of Perimeter Fence (Phase 1) for the
  Additional Lot at Sorsogon City District Jail
  
  1) The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY R5, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 14,795,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence (Phase 1) for the Additional Lot at Sorsogon City District Jail. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY R5, now invites bids for Construction of Perimeter Fence (Phase 1) for the Additional Lot at Sorsogon City District Jail. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) CD. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years...
