1. The Local Government of Bolinao through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thee Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and Fifty-Two Centavos (Php 3,872,931.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence at Evacuation Center in Brgy. Liwa-Liwa and Project Identification Number INFRA-2025-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Bolinao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
