1. The Municipality of Baras, through the GAD FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS AND 99/100 ONLY (₱ 2,499,999.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE OF CHILDE DEVELOPMENT CENTER SITIO PAOPAWAN, BRGY. SAN SALVADOR, BARAS, RIZAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
