1. The LGU - Cawayan, Masbate, through the Special Purpose Appropriations (SPA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence @ Cawayan Community Collge Phase - I, 25-CM-INFRA-053. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
