Construction of Perimeter Fence at Brgy. Batasan Bata
in San Miguel, Bulacan
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings conducted for this project, the Local Government of San Miguel, Bulacan, through the 2025 Annual Budget (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Public Bidding No. 2025 - 028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Completion of Works is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

3. Interested contractors may obtain further information from the Local Government of San Miguel, Bulacan and inspect the Negotiated Procurement Documents at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
