1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its Special Education Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE, A.V. MIJARES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BARANGAY BUHANGIN, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025 - 0029). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE, A.V. MIJARES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BARANGAY BUHANGIN, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025 - 0029). Completion of the Works required is SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
