1. The Municipal Government of Teresa, through the CY2025 Annual Budget and CY 2025 Supplemental Budget for Realignment no.5, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 3,360,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AND MINIPARK AT CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER BRGY. PRINZA TERESA, RIZAL (Teresa-2025-07-020). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall BE automatically rejected at bid opening.
