The Local Government Unit of Nampicuan, through its authorized appropriation under the General Fund intends to apply the sum ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY SIX AND 80/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 1,769,866.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF MRF FACILITY, BARANGAY WEST CENTRAL POBLACION, NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA. Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
