Description : The Barangay TOCLONG KAWIT Cavite through Supplemental Budget CY 2025 ( Income from RPT Share CY 2024) intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 4,500,000.00) being the ABC to payment for procurement of materials for Construction of Perimeter Fence

Bid received in the excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected.

Delivery of materials after Notice to Proceed is within 7 days.

Interested Bidder may obtain further information from the Sangguniang Barangay, working hours 8-5pm

A complete set of bidding documents may acquired by the interested bidder on August 4-15, 2025 before 9:00 in the morning. Bidding documents pursuant to the latest guidelines by the GPPB in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 5,000.00)

Bis must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Hall Toclong Kawit Cavite before August 15, 2025 9:00 am

Late Bids will not be accepted.

Opening of bids will be witnessed by the authorized representative of the bidder.
