1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the 20% DF Current Appropriation CY 2025 to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php. 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Paye Barangay Health Station Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
