  Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan, through Capital Outlay-20% LDF of the Municipal Engineering Office in the approved 2025 General Fund Current Appropriation of the 15th Sangguniang Bayan of Inopacan, Leyte intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos and 86/100 (Php 249,960.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pathway at Sitio Katotong, Brgy. Tinago. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan now invites bids for Construction of Pathway at Sitio Katotong, Brgy. Tinago. Completion of the Works is required for 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
