Construction of Pathway with Railings to the Masameyeo Child Development Center

1. The Besao Local Government Unit, through the 2024 Supplemental Fund #01 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and Thirty-Seven Centavos (199,285.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pathway with Railings to the Masameyeo Child Development Center, 2024-12-64A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
