20% ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND PROJECT
CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWALK PUROK 1-3 - P 377,134.00

1. The Barangay Local Government Units of Pagcolbon, Rapu-Rapu, Albay through the Approved Budget CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos Only (Php 377,134.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Pathwalk. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Units of Pagcolbon, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for 20% EDF CY-2026 PROJECTS. Completion of the Works is required within 90 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
