Name of Project

1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the GENERAL FUND (AB FY- 2018 ) intends to apply for Re-Bid the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Parking for BP 344 at Justice Hall Building (old building), Zone IV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through negotiated procurement, per Resolution No. AMP- 25-011 dated January 14, 2025 pursuant to Section 53.9 “Small Value Procurement” specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
