The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Water Sanitation (PR#2025-03-01592) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (P2,727,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pangasinan-Laoac Dairy Farm Waste Water System and Structures at Brgy. Maraboc, Laoac, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
