1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Water Sanitation (PR#2025-03-01592) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (P2,727,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pangasinan-Laoac Dairy Farm Waste Water System and Structures at Brgy. Maraboc, Laoac, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan now invites bids for Construction of Pangasinan-Laoac Dairy Farm Waste Water System and Structures.
