1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND 76/100 (P3,764,438.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Orchidarium and Rehabilitation/Improvement of Municipal Building Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
