CONSTRUCTION OF ONE-STOREY, SCHOOL BUILDING AT BRGY. SAN JUAN

1. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the LGSF-SBDP 2024 NTF-ELCAC FY 2024 GAA, RA 11975, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS AND 51/100 (Php4,985,360.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of One-Storey, School Building at Brgy. San Juan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar now invites bids for Construction of One-Storey, School Building at Brgy. San Juan. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
