TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT AND 46/100 PESOS ONLY PHP ( 2,439,978.46
being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the procurement project contract entitled
CONSTRUCTION OF ONE STOREY ONE CLASSROOM AT CAGSIAY III ANNEX, E/S SITIO PIAPE CAGSIAY III MAUBAN QUEZON
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Mauban, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of works is required within 95 CALENDAR DAYS calendar days, Bidders should have completed, within
Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
