1. The Local Government of Llorente, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian F.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two hundred ninety eight thousand six hundred ninety eight pesos and 7/100 (Php 298,698.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of One Standard Group Handwashing Facility (10 Faucets) at Barobo ES, Waso ES, Canato ES, San Roque ES, Macaanga ES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
