  Description : 1. The Province of Antique through the Capital Outlay CY 2024 (School Buildings)
  Provincial School Board Annual Budget per LSB RN 10 s.2023 to apply the sum of One
  Million Nine Hundred Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and Ten Centavos
  (1, 941, 660.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
  the contract for Construction of One Community Learning Center for Alternative
  Learning System Learners (Malandog ES, Hamtic, Antique). Bids received in excess
  of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Province of Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
  Completion of the Works is required Ninety Five (95) Calendar Days. Bidders should
  have completed a contract similar to the Project, within five (5) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
  Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
