1. The Department of Education (DepED ) Division of Northern Samar , through the CY 2024 Health Facilities Program, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sevent y - Seven Pesos & 50/100 Centavos Only under the contract for System at Biri Central (PhP 679,977.50), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC ), to payments Construction of One (1) Unit Handwashing Facility With Water Elementary School , Biri, Northern Samar.

Bids received that exceed the ABC for each lot shall be rejected on the bid opening.

2. The DepED Division of Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project . Completion of the Works is Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidder).
