Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

Bid Documents are available during office hours starting February 10, 2025 at the BAC-Secretariat, Appas Barangay Hall and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Treasurer, Appas.

All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before February 19, 2025, Wednesday, 10:00 AM at BAC Meeting Room, Appas Barangay Hall, Appas, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserved the right to reject any and/or all quotation or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotation as may be considered most advantageous to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Appas, Tabuk City.
