ITB No. NIA-ZAM-2026-15-BALAYBAY SPIP

1. The NIA Zambales Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act (EGPIP SOLAR) of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Four & 80/100 Pesos Only (Php 9,774,324.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of One (1) Unit - 10HP Solar Powered Pump Irrigation System of Balaybay SPIP located in Castillejos, Zambales with ITB No. NIA-ZAM-2026-15-BALAYBAY SPIP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA Zambales IMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
