The Department of Public Works and Highways-Pangasinan 3rd DEO, Tomana, Rosales, Pangasinan, through the DEPED GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 9,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) STOREY TWO (2) CLASSROOM WITH PERIMETER FENCE, SCHOOL FURNITURE AND WATER SYSTEM KULANGEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN with Contract ID No.25AI0217. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
