Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
"Construction of One (1) Borehole Broadband Seismic Station for Matutum-Parker Volcanoes"
1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (₱ 3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for "Construction of One (1) Borehole Broadband Seismic Station for Matutum-Parker Volcanoes" with the Purchase Request Number 420241105477. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 days calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
