1. The Municipality of Hinunangan, through the 20% EDF of LGU Budget FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER INTAKE AND RESERVOIR AT BARANGAY BUGHO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
