1. The Municipality of Hinunangan, through the LDRRMF of LGU Budget FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BARANGAY CANIPAAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
