“Construction of Occidental Mindoro Investment Center Phase II”
1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund (1st Quarter), intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and 52/100 (P6,998,159.52) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Occidental Mindoro Investment Center Phase II” (Ref. No. 009-2026). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
