Construction of Nine (9) Units Modular Steel House, Villa Cacho, Santiago, Quirino, Isabela

1. The Provincial Government of Isabela, through the PGO CO - 1 - 07 - 04 - 990 SB intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Three Pesos & 93/100 (Php 3,461,243.93) for the Construction of Nine (9) Units Modular Steel House, Villa Cacho, Santiago, Quirino, Isabela and Identification Number 2025-011 Lot 1, being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically reject at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Six (206) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
