Invitation to Bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TWO-STOREY MULTIPURPOSE HALL AT BARANGAY 5, GINGOOG CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget 20% CDF 2024 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum One Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 08/100 only (PHP 1,910,376.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2024-INFRA-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 108 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
