Description : 1. The DOST-MIMAROPA, through GAA intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-One and 59/100 Pesos Only (Php 14,640,451.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of a New Regional Standards and Testing Building in Palawan (Phase I). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. DOST-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Completion of the Works is required by One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days and shall commence within three (3) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement... - Documents :
